The last couple of days, Hazel has been very active while lying on her mat. She seems very eager to roll over from her back on to her stomach. However, while she can swing her hips enough to roll herself over on to her right side, she doesn't have enough momentum to complete the movement on to her tummy. She is quite cute as she grunts and groans earnestly. Although her movements aren't enough to roll herself over, they are enough to rotate her body slowly around the mat like the hands of a clock. In the above photos, Hazel started out lying at the 12 o'clock position, but after several minutes of her valiant efforts, she ended up at seven o'clock. Here she is at three, five, and seven o'clock.
