When did the first contractions start? I assume some time last night (Tues night/early Wed morning)? Just trying to get a vague idea of how long Rachel has been in labor; sounds like she's still solidly in the first stage.
Hang in there, Rach, try to stay hydrated and relaxed, and trust in your body and the medical staff to help get you through this in flying colors :) We're all sending you lots of warm thoughts.
