Hi everyone, thanks for your nice comments and emails. Rachel is still exhausted. Hazel is very happily breast feeding, she started feeding on her own just minutes out of the womb. For the moment she is a quiet baby, but cries at the right times. Right now Rachel is resting comfortably on her hospital bed with the baby right on top of her sleeping.

That's so great about the breast feeding! Sometimes it takes a lot longer for a baby to learn that skill. Glad that Rachel is able to spend as much time as she needs resting before going home. I'm not surprised that she's totally exhausted!:)
The pressure is on to post new and amazing pixs of babe, mom and babe and "the family" too. Take care, I can hardly wait for you all to get to go home and start the next 18 yrs of your wonderful family life; then she'll go off to college, and move to a new city and find a great guy.... Wait- we don't need to hurry quite so much.
