How many candles are on the new mom's cake? And if I recall, you can probably have a celebratory glass (or two) of wine! Also, rumor is that chocolate is good for nursing moms as it helps have a "laxative" effect on the baby's digestive tract and it is important to keep your daughter's tract moving smoothly.
